(一)设备检查​

(1) Equipment inspection

先对毛刷式清洗机各部件展开检查。查看清洗槽有无破损、泄漏情况,确保槽体完好,能正常承载清洗液。检查毛刷辊,看刷毛是否整齐、有无倒伏或脱落,若有部分刷毛损坏,会影响清洗均匀度,需及时更换或修复。传动装置方面,确认链条、皮带等连接部件无松动,皮带若出现松弛,易导致传动不稳定,影响玻璃输送与清洗效果。同时,检查烘干装置的加热元件是否正常,通风口有无堵塞,保证烘干功能能正常运作。​

Check the brush roller to see if the bristles are neat, if there is any lodging or falling off. In terms of transmission device, confirm that the connecting components such as chains and belts are not loose. If the belt is loose, it can easily cause unstable transmission and affect the glass conveying and cleaning effect. At the same time, check whether the heating element of the drying device is normal and whether the ventilation port is blocked to ensure that the drying function can operate normally. ​

依据待清洗玻璃的污垢类型、程度,选择适配的清洗液。针对普通灰尘、油污,中性水基清洗液较为常用;若玻璃表面有顽固污渍,可选用针对性的专用清洗液。按产品说明,在清洗槽中调配合适浓度的清洗液,一般常规清洗时,水基清洗液浓度控制在 3%-5%。例如,清洗槽容量为 100 升,取 3-5 升清洗液原液,再加入 95-97 升清水,搅拌均匀即可。​

将待清洗玻璃有序放置在清洗机的进料端。放置时,玻璃要摆放平整,且保持一定间距,避免相互碰撞、挤压。对于尺寸较大的玻璃,需借助辅助工装,确保玻璃在输送过程中稳定,不发生偏移、滑落,保证清洗流程顺利推进。

(一)启动设备​

(1) Start the device

开启清洗机电源,先进行短暂预热,让设备各部件达到适宜工作温度,尤其是烘干装置,预热能使后续烘干效果更理想。待预热完成,启动传动装置,玻璃开始缓慢进入清洗槽。此时,观察玻璃输送是否顺畅,有无卡顿现象,若出现异常,立即停机排查,可能是传动部件故障或玻璃放置不当所致。​

Preheating can improve the subsequent drying effect. After preheating is completed, start the transmission device and the glass slowly enters the cleaning tank. If there is any abnormality, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting, which may be caused by transmission component failure or improper placement of the glass. ​

(二)清洗过程​

玻璃进入清洗槽后,毛刷辊在电机带动下高速旋转。刷毛与玻璃表面充分接触,通过机械摩擦与清洗液的化学作用,共同去除玻璃表面污垢。在此过程中,要留意清洗液液位,若液位过低,及时补充,以保证毛刷辊始终能浸在清洗液中,发挥最佳清洗效果。同时,根据玻璃清洗情况,适时调整毛刷辊转速与玻璃输送速度。若玻璃污垢较重,可适当降低输送速度,提高毛刷辊转速,增强清洗力度;若污垢较轻,则可加快输送速度,提升生产效率。​

At the same time, adjust the brush roller speed and glass conveying speed in a timely manner according to the glass cleaning situation. If the glass dirt is heavy, the conveying speed can be appropriately reduced, the brush roller speed can be increased, and the cleaning force can be enhanced; If the dirt is light, it can accelerate the conveying speed and improve production efficiency. ​

(三)烘干处理​

(3) Drying treatment

清洗后的玻璃随传动装置进入烘干区域。烘干装置吹出的热风迅速蒸发玻璃表面残留水分,完成干燥工序。同样,要密切关注烘干效果,若玻璃表面仍有水滴残留,可能是烘干温度不够、通风不畅或玻璃表面清洗液过多,需相应调整烘干温度、检查通风口或适当减少清洗液喷淋量。

The hot air blown out by the drying device quickly evaporates the residual moisture on the surface of the glass, completing the drying process. Similarly, close attention should be paid to the drying effect. If there are still water droplets remaining on the glass surface, it may be due to insufficient drying temperature, poor ventilation, or excessive cleaning solution on the glass surface. The drying temperature should be adjusted accordingly, the ventilation opening should be checked, or the amount of cleaning solution sprayed should be reduced appropriately.
